1. About Our Services
Real Nurse Consultants provides health insurance and Medicare plan information and guidance through licensed insurance agents. This is a solicitation for insurance. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Website content is for general informational purposes and is not medical, legal, or tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that any phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are its authorized user.
3. Appointments and Communications
When you book an appointment or submit your information, you request contact from a licensed insurance agent representing Real Nurse Consultants. A licensed insurance agent may contact you about your inquiry and the plans we offer in your area.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
4.1 Program Name and Description
Real Nurse Consultants Text Messaging. Subscribers who opt in may receive transactional messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, inquiry follow-ups, and service updates) and, only with separate consent, marketing messages (plan information, enrollment period reminders, educational content, and promotional offers).
4.2 How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box(es) on our booking form. Checkboxes are never pre-checked and are not required to book an appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our Services.
4.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your wireless carrier.
4.5 Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again through our booking form.

4.7 Automated Technology

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our Services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those Services to you. 5. No Guarantee of Coverage
Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and eligibility are set by insurance carriers and may change. Nothing on our website guarantees approval, coverage, or specific pricing. Final plan details are provided in each carrier’s official plan documents.

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit false information, use another person’s phone number or identity, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.
